LeithLate is back for another year with a programme packed full of visual art, theatre, music, poetry, and live music!
Utilising unusual Leith spaces for art and theatre installations, the Festival reaches locations such as Trinity House’s underground vaults at the Kirkgate, social enterprise curry house Punjabi Junction, as well as the Leith Walk Launderette.
Also making an appearance this year is a shiny new Public Poetry Trail featuring a poem from Edinburgh’s Makar, Christine de Luca, alongside their annual sell-out mural tours.
The Festival will kick off on their opening night, which is to be followed by the annual LeithLate Afterparty at Hendersons Halls, featuring independent music label Lost Map Records.
LeithLate17 is supported by the City of Edinburgh Council, Edinburgh City of Literature and Settlement Projects.
