TradFest Edinburgh runs again this year from 26 April to 7 May, bringing stories, music and dance together for 12 days of spectacular entertainment in the capital.
This year TradFest Dùn Èideann ties in strongly with Scotland’s Year of History, Heritage and Archaeology, bringing two exciting new strands to the programme – ‘Local Cultures’ and ‘The People’s Heritage’. These strands seek to connect creativity to heritage, celebrating cultural diversity on an even broader scale.
Events cover Edinburgh’s much-loved Robert burns and Robert Louis Stevenson, feature Ceilidhs, storytelling, poetry, and so much more besides. You can browse the list of events here.
