Information
From the Highland Land Wars to Red Clydeside, Scotland has a reputation for radical thought and action. But what are the cultural roots of this tradition and how has it been expressed in song and story? What is its relevance now, and in particular how does radicalism relate to the changing face of Scottish Education? Start the new educational year with this bracing insight into the power of critical thought and protest. Contributors include Andy Wightman, Eileen Penman, Ewan McVicar and Stuart McHardy.
